At the end of the road we Hydrangeas we arrived to Triton, widespread plant enjoys the best views to either the Laguna and to the forest, its location is ideal, it defines two basic areas a social and intimate which are linked through galleries that blur the boundaries of what nature built leaving freely penetrate into the plant.

The galleries in addition to fulfilling the function of connecting the different areas of the house, should absorb the unevenness of the ground so that the residence fits the terrain without having to alter land movements of great magnitude. The same applies to the sun terrace, it must in the final draft rich with differences accompany the full effect of the natural terrain.

Panorama

As its name implies Panorama enjoys the best views in the area because it is located closer to the lake, in this case, we worked with pitched roofs that accompany the uneven terrain, generating a double-strut space for the living room from the which has direct access to the spacious sun terrace with swimming pool.

At a higher level and through a garden area leads to the rooms with private terraces overlooking the forest.

Neptuno

In this case it is a residence with generous areas that leverages the topography of the site to generate a living-dining majestic double-strut. Access is from the floor the way to Los Robles.

The plant accompanies the uneven terrain, all rooms are en suite, dressing room feature spacious bathrooms and rooms are linked to intimate gardens.

The official entrance courtyard and a terrace that to the whole set and the Lagoon.

Capri

The floor of the residence is set in an “L” to skirt the cypress forest, at the corner stands the winter garden from which you access the pool, to sift the incidence of the sun on the large windows of the space generated 6 boxes to be located in the pyramidal oaks.
