Infrastructure
Taking into consideration our need for preserving nature and being a low density habitat, we opted for narrow and winding pathways, which border the existing layout. These are the roads named Los Eucaliptos y Las Lambersianas. The road named Los Robles which goes east to west and leads to the private marina, is the only new pathway in the complex but follows the same historic pattern.
The discreet but effectively placed illumination will guide you at night time.
The utilities for the entire complex such as the technological network and sewerage system are underground along the pathways.
The port and lakeshore are, undoubtedly, El Puertito’s main attraction.
A marina with recreational facility will be the center of El Puertito’s social life. This luxurious and relaxing space includes a lobby-bar and a fireplace that leads you into a wide open terrace overlooking the lagoon.
It also offers secured lockers and changing rooms for the residents who prefer swimming or practising other nautical activities.
During the summer season, the complex will carry out different nautical activities for sport or leisure such as fishing. These events take place in this marvellous lagoon or in the nearby Atlantic Ocean.
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents, access to El Puertito Boating Village will be exclusively for the residents and their guests, and will be under 24 hour surveillance.
Our security system is run by a state of the art closed circuit television.
The service area is located in the south-eastern boundary of the property, and comprises all the technical facilities with their necessary equipment, and a treatment sewerage plant.
It is important to point out that work within the premises is subject to an environmental and ecological assessment during both building and operating phases of El Puertito Boating Village.
