VERDE SIERRA S.A, owner of the totality of the parcel and RÍA COSTERA S.A., filial to 100% of the Swiss company PRELCO S.A. specialist recognized in engineering, development of projects and construction, exerting its activity from more than 40 years in the very demanding Swiss and European markets.

As Projects Manager, it counts with the services of an international and interdisciplinary team of specialists, guaranteeing the quality of the project and solutions of high tech who wish develop in close collaboration with local specialists.

Its team has like premise to be always ready to listen to the clients and working, to the reflection of its parent company, in the rigor, the discipline and the seriousness that made the reputation of the Swiss industry.

Ría Costera S.A. has been put en charge by Verde Sierra S.A. of the management of the project El Puertito Boating Village, to direct it and to coordinate its achievement and its commercialization.
